Auto Giving Through Your Bank:
As a church, we rely on your financial generosity. You are always welcome to give when we pass the plates on Sunday morning, but for many people other giving methods are more convenient.
Consider setting up automatic payments from your financial institution to Mt. Zion UMC. This way you would be able to support the church on a regular basis even if aren’t able to attend every Sunday. Banks allow you to sign up for recurring payments, often called “Autopay.” When you enroll in this service, your bank will issue a check to Mt. Zion as frequently as you choose, usually weekly or monthly. The only information you will have to provide your bank is the church name, Mt. Zion UMC, and the church address, 3708 Ellisboro Rd. Stokesdale, NC 27357. You can easily set up this service up through online banking, but you can also work with your bank over the phone or in-person at your local branch.

- Login to your checking or savings account.
- Click, “Pay Bills” or “Bill Pay.”
- Click, “Add a Company or Person.” If you don’t see these exact options, you will see some option to add bill recipients.
- Click, “Auto Pay” or “Automatic Payment.” You should see this option during the process of adding Mt. Zion as a recipient. When you add Mt. Zion as a bill pay recipient, you will have the option to set up regularly occurring, automatic payments. You will choose the amount and frequency of your payments.
